What is the recruitment process?  Graduates undertake a screening process consisting of either an initial phone or video interview followed by a face-to-face interview either in person or via Skype. Some roles also undertake psychometric testing.
Will all graduates get to rotate between operating companies?  We endeavour to ensure all graduates gain exposure to multiple areas of the business. This can be through rotations on large projects or across multiple projects, business units and operating companies.
Will graduates be expected to relocate?  Yes. We expect our graduates to be willing to relocate temporarily to take advantage of opportunities to progress their development and career.
What happens on completion of the graduate program?  Graduates are fast-tracked into an appropriate operational or functional position once they have successfully completed their program.
